I've gotten to know Jasmine through my other realtor back in around 2013. Ironically, there was a home I wanted to purchase (with my then realtor) but was outbid. Through the grapevine, I was told that clients of Jasmine's all got the homes in the same neighborhood and was shocked because my realtor told me it was so competitive. Later I learned that Jasmine had made multiple trips to the buyer, negotiating the best terms for the client and going above and beyond to secure the purchase. Safe to say, I told myself that I should contact Jasmine when I would attempt to buy a home in the future because as we all know, buying a home, especially in Silicon Valley is so difficult!
Fast forward to 2019, I decided to try my luck and contacted Jasmine to be my realtor. Mind you, this was nearing Covid-Crazyness. As a first-time homebuyer, I was aimlessly looking at beautiful homes that were staged perfectly and were picture-perfect. Jasmine grabbed our attention and gave us the run-down of what we should be looking for, from neighborhood to transportation, to schooling to future developments and such. She was very thorough in terms of all the resources we should have in my arsenal. One of the many things I appreciated was the fact that she gave us options. She was never pushy or gave us the guilt-trip when we were making our choices and instead provided with her professional advice on why we should pick a over b, or why this way or that, etc. She's truly a professional and someone you'd want on your side (never against).
We ended up picking a new development and even in the midst of covid, shutdowns, and other random surprises, she kept us informed, focused, and always at ease with the whole buying process. When contract/signing came, she gave us recommendations, explanations and sat through the grueling hours of translating into layman's terms.
She also recommended us POST-BUYING. Like insurance, window treatment, security, resources. I mean, it really helps to have a trusted advisor go through the whole process and beyond. If you're looking for a realtor, go ahead and pick someone out there. But if you're looking for someone who's on your team and wants only the best for you, look for Jasmine Min.
